OREIS User Feedback December 2004 Operation Respond was asked by the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) to obtain some feedback/testimonials from OREIS users. In essence, the question was how valuable is OREIS in helping emergency responders prepare for or respond to hazardous materials or passenger train incidents? We sent this out as an open question to OREIS users and received some insightful and valuable feedback in response. Feedback provided by OREIS users was divided into four categories; General Replies, Training/Preplanning, Incidents, and Technical Issues.
